Roof Certification
A documented assessment of any roof type, so you and your insurer know it is solid, sturdy and performing as intended.
Chapter 01
The one question a roof certification answers
Is this roof solid, sturdy and performing as intended? I assess that on every roof type, whether the house has shingles, metal or tile, and I put the answer in writing for you.
The paper has two readers. One is your insurance provider, who wants the roof's condition confirmed. The other is a future buyer, who wants the same thing before closing on a Brevard County home.

On the roof, reading the surface
On the roof I walk the surface and read it: shingle condition, flashing, and every penetration that pokes through the deck.
Granule loss and lifted tabs show age. Flashing around vents and chimneys is where water likes to get in. Below the roof, the attic can show whether a leak has already come through. It is ladder-and-roof work, done in person, and it is how I identify the vulnerabilities that a view from the driveway never will.
After 23 years in construction, I know the specific issues that show up on Merritt Island and Brevard County roofs.
Chapter 03
After the report: catching problems before they cost more
You receive an extensive report with the documentation needed to confirm your roof's condition for insurance requirements or a sale. Finding a problem early helps you avoid costly future repairs, because a small defect on paper is cheaper than a leak in a ceiling.
Every roof is inspected by the same Florida-licensed inspector, licence HI13003. Call (321) 458-4816, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
